3.2 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
ww999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

3.3 Updating Personal Information

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount at ww999 is ৳100, and this applies to each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, letting you start with a total of ৳2,200. Or if you deposit ৳26,000 you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳41,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Creating accounts to exploit bonus offers, synchronized betting, or any other strategic misuse is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
5.4 Right to Modify Bonuses
ww999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer, promotional program, or reward structure without prior notice. Changes will not apply to bonuses already in progress, but will apply to new claims.
6. VIP Program & Cashback
6.1 VIP Tiers
ww999's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week
6.2 Tier Advancement
VIP tiers are determined based on the user's overall activity and engagement on the platform. Regular and consistent participation provides the opportunity to advance to higher tiers. ww999 does not disclose specific turnover thresholds.
6.3 Cashback Eligibility
