ww999 Responsible Gaming — keeping the fun from becoming a burden
Gaming is for fun. ww999 gives you all the protection tools you need to enjoy yourself within safe limits — for players aged 21+ only.
What does responsible gaming mean?
Online gaming is a form of entertainment — just like watching a film or reading a book. But as with any form of entertainment, knowing and respecting your limits is important. ww999 believes every player should play with awareness, within their own budget, and for the purpose of enjoyment.
Responsible gaming does not simply mean playing less — it means staying in control of your time and money, maintaining a balance with family and work, and not chasing losses. When gaming starts to feel like a burden, having the courage to stop is the greatest win of all.
ww999 gives every registered user access to a range of protection tools directly from their account. On this page you will find details of those tools and how to use them.
Our Protection Tools
The tools below are available directly in your ww999 account. Use them at any time.
Set a Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A review delay applies if you wish to increase the limit.
Set a Loss Limit
Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically stop you from placing further bets.
Session Time Limit
Set a time limit for each day or each session to keep track of how long you play. When the time is up you will receive a notification, and you can choose to end the session.
Time-Out / Break
If you want to take a short rest, you can set a temporary time-out from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period your account will not be active and you will not be able to play.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stay away from gaming for a longer period, choose self-exclusion. Options range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. No promotional emails are sent while self-exclusion is active.
Reality Check Reminder
A pop-up notification every 30 minutes or 1 hour will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in the session — making it easier to make informed decisions.
Warning Signs of a Problem — take note if you see these
If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek help.
Practical Tips for Safe Gaming
Set a budget before you start playing and never deposit more than that amount. Let your budget define the measure of your enjoyment.
Set a timer. Every hour, get up, take a short walk, drink some water, and rest your eyes from the screen.
Accept losses as a normal part of the experience. Placing extra bets in an attempt to "recover" lost money is the most common mistake.
Play only for fun — not as an alternative source of income. Gaming is never an effective way to solve financial problems.
Spend time with family and pursue hobbies. Keep plenty of sources of enjoyment in your life beyond gaming.
Do not play when you are stressed or have been drinking. Only play when you are in the right frame of mind to make sound decisions.
